    The hotel's high tea service was really good, with a good variety of dishes and friendly staff, including a personal interaction with the chefs who were eager to please.

    Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance , disappointing as it was a key feature we looked forward to enjoying.

    The hotel was great value with amicable employees that treat us with great service. The atmosphere created was individual. The location was unbeatable as for us, very close to mosque and Putrajaya Food Truck and the adjacent lake as well as the restaurant;)))

    Access to a supermarket within the premises came in handy for late-night snacks. The unique location also offers proximity to a food truck hot spot that lights up in the evenings.

    The room felt a bit cramped for a beautiful offering, with the air conditioning being excessively cold even when adjusted. On check-out day, I faced issues accessing my room despite being within check-out time.

    The twin/double room didn't seem appealing on photos but it was new-fashioned with balcony. Had coffee & tea making machines and a fridge at our disposal. The check in was fast and the atmosphere was individual throughout the hotel. The service was good, the staff were fantastically friendly.

    Had a nice stay at Dorsett! The buffet breakfast offered plenty of options, and the hotel’s location was super convenient by Hero Supermarket. Just wish the check-in process was smoother and that the lobby had automatic doors, but overall, pretty solid experience.

    Super comfy stay!

    The breakfast spread was pretty awesome! Had some great chats with Ms. Hayati, the staff was always super warm and helpful. The location is solid if you're exploring Putrajaya. Just wish the room was a bit bigger and the A/C wasn't so chilly all the time.

    The location is super convenient, with the mosque and food truck nearby for easy dining. Breakfast was great, with a lot of choices to start your day. The staff were friendly and really helpful . Having a swimming pool on the 9th floor was a nice touch with an amazin view. Parking was easy with free spot in the basement.

    The tap water in my room was kinda brown, and check-in was a bit disorganized which was frustrating. I wish there were more water bottles provided in the room too.

    The Balcony room provided an excellent view of the lake and mosque. The staff were pleasant and attentive, our experience was smooth. Breakfast offered a fantastic selection of halal-friendly dishes that were well prepared and delicious. Special commendations to Iqbal, Hasif, and the entire team for their excellent service.

    The availability of complimentary airport transfers would have enhanced the overall experience.
